What format are the documents when downloaded? All of our documents are available in a universal text format compatible with any word processing program. I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why? A sales confirmation/receipt email is sent with each order that Billing Support processes. You must enter a valid email address each time that you make a purchase to insure that you'll receive your confirmation/receipt. Back to Top

How does the billing work? Your one time purchase is billed immediately to your Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or PayPal account. There is absolutely no reoccuring fee(s). Once a form has been downloaded, there will be no refunds issued. Back to Top
Why does my form list New York as the primary state? New York is inserted to be used as a general example. Use the editing instructions on your receipt to change New York to your home state. Back to Top
How do I edit my form after I have made the purchase? To make changes to your form you will:
(1) Right click document icon
(2) Select "Open With"
(3) Select "WordPad" or "Note Pad"

Can I get a refund? Once your form has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued. This is because your form is a downloadable purchase, and you are unable to return the product. We will gladly email your form to you if you had any problems with your download. Back to Top
