Agreement between one party, the Licensor, how gives permission to the other party, the Licensee, to erect an encroachment (for example a fence) on the Licensor's property, subject to the right of the Licensor to ask the Licensee to remove the encroachment.

THIS AGREEMENT dated as of between (the "Licensee") and (the "Licensor"):

WHEREAS the Licensee is the owner of the property municipally known as (the "Licensee's Property");

AND WHEREAS the Licensor is the owner of the property municipally known as (the "Licensor's Property");

AND WHEREAS the Licensee wishes to obtain the right to encroach...

AND WHEREAS the Licensor is prepared to permit such encroachment... ,

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
